Very nice upstairs loft style apartment with 2 separate bedroom areas, large open kitchen with everything you need, no free standing stove, (but has large countertop oven and 2 burner cooktop), and nice bathroom. Beautifully decorated and furnished, originally for Airbnb. Perfect for grad student, or other serious college student, traveling nurse, business professional or other quiet renter. There is 1 off street parking space and on-site free laundry.

The apartment is part of our home it is upstairs and has its own outside and inside entrance. We are an older couple, easy going, mostly quiet, and laid back, 420 friendly. Nice safe neighborhood in Santa Clara area, 12 minutes to U Of O, 8 miles to Riverbend Hospital, 10 minutes to Coburg road, 15 minutes to downtown.
No pets, no cigarette smoking.

Prefer a one year lease but will consider a shorter one, rent maybe higher. nicely furnished apartment. All utilities are included (electric, water, Wi-Fi, and trash)

    "I live in a wonderful old neighborhood! Its a quiet area. But if your gonna have a backyard party, invite everyone around you. We know our neighbors and can hear the train at 11 pm. We don't have sidewalks, so we have to teach our children and pets how to walk respectifully. If someone is driving down our road we wave to them, because they either live here, are lost or visiting a friend!"

    "i live here and its a well established neighborhood with mature trees and neighbors that have lived there very long, the bus stop is right around the corner, it's very pet friendly people walk their dogs around all the time and are friendly, neighbors look out for each other, very clean street, the schools are one of the best in town, their is lots of shopping right down the street and close to the malls, their is lots of street parking and as well as 4 people can park in their driveways, their has been no crime records in this neighborhood and Santa Clara has one of the lowest crime rate in Eugene/Springfield, their is a park and rec right in the area with activities, swimming, exercise room daycare, summer camps and kids activities just a great area for anyone young, old or with a family "
