Is frequently on vacation and very quiet.

Owner pays all utilities. If desired stronger WiFi or cable tv the renter will pay for those benefits. One year minimum rental. Discounted rent negotiable with 2 year contract.     "I have lived here 9 years. My neighbors are wonderful and we all watch out for one another. This is a small town, so it is a bit Chaney and not very friendly. If you are a couple, this is a perfect area! As a single , I do not recommend it if you still like to be active! Just depends on what you are looking for?"
