  • Victoria S.
"Very close to the interstate. Easy, direct commute to Bellevue and Downtown Seattle, against the sun. "
  • Katie T.
"Lots of community events in North Bend overall. Short walk to town and great community vibe. Some services missing in town "
  • Tiffaniwilliams
"Riverbend is an awesome neighborhood full of good neighbors. It's wonderful living so close the river. "
  • Akjhome
"It is a bedroom community. I drive to the east side or Seattle to the office, or stay in town to telecommute. "
  • T F
"Lots of friendly neighborhood groups you can connect with that may have kids your age; Holiday gatherings, last day of school picnic and such. "
  • Patrik N.
"It’s another over priced suburb of Seattle that isn’t worth near as much money for rent or housing as they think it is"
  • Traci a. T.
"Constant Construction, new homes always popping up. The area has several trails and hikes near by. plenty of restaurants and bars walking distance. "
  • Thompsonsam51
"He neighborhood is very nice, great for families and people with a lot of money. It is worth every penny to live in this neighborhood and north bend community "
  • Traci a. T.
"nothing, it use to have beautiful views but over development has destroyed the area. it's now just like any other over populated area. "
  • "North Bend is a relaxed ex-urban area. We moved here from Issaquah, which is becoming too crowded."
  • "The Wood River community in North Bend is unique. All the lots are almost an acre and have mature trees, along with beautiful landscaping. It feels like living in the country, with all the amenities of North Bend and only 20 minutes to Issaquah/Bellevue. The neighborhood is very quiet and all the neighbors are so friendly. We never thought we would leave our old home in the country on the East side, but we are so happy here. When we moved here, I looked far and wide around the greater Issaquah area and never found anything even nearly as nice as Wood River."
  • kathleenmarie90
"North Bend is a beautiful gem conveniently located near Seattle, Bellevue, Issaquah and other metro areas. It is only a 20 minute drive to Bellevue (where I work) and it's worth it! One of my favorite things about North Bend is how quiet and dark it is at night. Being the last small town coming east into the Cascades, there is little light pollution, and nowhere you can go without a beautiful view of nature and mountains. North Bend in small, but there are enough grocery stores, shops and other amenities that it is livable without the need of a car. The festival season in the summer is great, with fairs, music, and the local farmers market. Very bike-friendly town, as well."
  • Vincent M.
"This is a picturesque area of the world with some of the most beautiful scenery to be found. The area is often used for movie productions depicting the most admired aspects of the Northwest. It has been featured in regular productions such as Northern Exposure, Twin Peaks, and other full featured movies. This is a quiet, safe location to bring up family and enjoy the natural setting of what Washington has to offer. Located close enough to Seattle to take advantage of the many cultural and professional opportunities, yet far enough to feel like you are out in the wilderness of the northwest."
