Three story 5 bedroom home less than a mile from Durango Hot Springs. Updated kitchen, fresh paint. 2 car garage. Great hiking right in the back yard. Free water for irrigation from the ditch. Plenty of room for a garden. 12 minutes to downtown and just over 20 minutes to Purgatory. Apricot, pie cherry, plum and mulberry trees.

Preferable one year lease, open to possible 6 months.

Owner pays, water/sewer/trash. Additional non-fundable pet deposit of $200 per pet. Owner also required last months rent but that can be broken into three monthly payments.

Tenant pays electric and gas. Tenant responsible to mow lawn and and snow removal.
