About this House

2 Bedroom and 2 Bath semi attached villa with lake view . Living room, dining room , family room, screened in Lanai, brick patio, kitchen separate laundry room with a closet, washer and dryer, one car garage and two parking spaces on the paver driveway, air conditioning. There is a community pool, a fully equipped gym. Tennis/pickle ball court. A separate dog park. Convenient location near the Florida Turnpike, two supermarkets, restaurants, and an assortment of shops.
Rent $3,500.00 per month, one year lease. Subject to credit and background check by the management company. Just painted, upgraded bathrooms with granite countertops,and new cabinets,upgraded kitchen with granite counter tops, new cabinets and tiled walls,some new appliances and tile floors throughout the house. The management company charges $100.00 for a credit and background check. On the signing of a lease the first and last months rent, and one months-security deposit are due, as is a pet fee ($25.00 for a pet under 25 lbs, and $75.00 over 25 lbs.) Tenant is responsible to pay for your own real estate broker and utilities.
Two supermarkets, restaurants, banks, and assorted retail shops including hair salons, etc. are nearby.

One year lease, on signing I require the first, and last month rent, and a one month security deposit. All fees, including the rent (initial and monthly) are required and will only be accepted by a domestic bank cashiers check. Tenant pays his/her brokerage fee. Tenant pays for water and electricity. Cable service is included in the rent. Tenant is responsible for cleaning the driveway and patio in addition to the interior of the house and the air conditioning filter. No smoking or incense burning in the unit is permitted. There is a pet fee, and no pet over 50 pounds will be permitted.

Atlantic Avenue is lively and wonderful for the local community as well as for outside visitors. There is a crowd for every age and every taste but once again....it is safe. Love this place. "

    "My husband and I have been living here for only 4 months. This area is super calm and quiet. The neighbors are nice and there are lots of small and cute restaurants plus couple of movie theaters around the area. They are not in a walking distance but very close. The beach is also nice and clean."
