Our 800 sqft guest house has 2 queen size beds, a full kitchen with range, oven & dishwasher, washer/dryer, full size bathroom with shower & tub, plenty of seating and a new sectional couch!! Our country retreat has been completely renovated so you can relax while you're staying with us. You have complete and total access to your guest house! There are room darkening privacy blinds on every window and on the front door. You have access to the entire 15 acres with miles of hiking trails, a large garden & greenhouse you can browse through, a pond, an outdoor swing, a fire pit and beautiful country views!

Month-to-Month rental terms. Renter responsible for electric in addition to monthly rent. Water is on a well so no water bill. Wifi is included in the monthly rent and cell phone signal is good for streaming & hotspot use. Background & work references required. No smoking or vaping inside or outside on our property. No pets, no parties, no loud music, no drug usage, no drunkness or else we will call the police. This is the country where you're in nature & quietness is beautiful! We live on the property so we would be nearby if you needed anything. If you have any questions, please let us know... thank you & God bless you!!
