We are the owners of this lovely 2-bedroom, 2 bath fully furnished 1st floor condo on a lagoon looking west to beautiful sunsets, Palma Sola Bay and the Gulf of Mexico. Perico Bay Club is gated & guarded 24 hours a day. Just one free bridge to Anna Maria Island and the sugar white sands of Bradenton Beach. From the condo lanai, you can see the top of the drawbridge as it opens for boats to pass under.
The master bedroom has a queen size bed and a cozy seating area. The furniture is Tommy Bahama. There are twin beds in the guest room. The master bath has a walk-in shower, the guest bath has a bathtub and shower. The lanai opens to the master bedroom and the living and dining rooms where sunsets can be enjoyed from all rooms.
The heated pool & hot tub are within walking distance. There is a larger, almost Olympic size heated pool at the clubhouse. Both pools feature showers, private changing rooms, bathrooms, pool chairs, tables and umbrellas. The clubhouse also has a workout room, library, full kitchen, meeting rooms & outdoor seating. The community has a fishing pier, barbecue grill, car washing area, relaxing and lovely landscaped walking & bike paths, lighted tennis courts, kayak entry into Palma Sola Bay, kayak storage and shuffleboard courts.
Weekly Events at the Clubhouse: Partners Bridge. Ladies Bridge. Game Nights. Poker. Ukulele classes. Happy Hour. Aerobic Dancing. Yoga. Cafe on the Deck. Water Aerobics. Mahjong.
Carport parking and many guest parking spaces. There are no parking fees.
Our guests say they enjoy being close to the beaches of Anna Maria Island, Longboat Key and Siesta Key and the many island restaurants and unique shops. One picture of the beach is included. Sarasota is where the arts are celebrated! Our guests also enjoy returning to Perico Bay Club, with its many amenities. This island is a nature preserve and an Audubon protected area.
Perico Bay Club is 25 minutes from Sarasota Bradenton International Airport and 55 minutes from Tampa International Airport.
Complete Condo is available July 2026, to OCT 31, 2026, at $1,950/month USD.

Condo is available June 10, 2026 to Oct 31, 2026 at $2,050/month USD.
Rental price includes entry gate pass, access to library and workout room, 2 swimming pools and 1 hot tub, pool lounge chairs and cafe tables, Audubon bird watching, free parking, fishing pier, kayak launch, shuffle board areas, tennis courts, view of sunsets from condo.
