On your way you will want to stop and explore Cortez fishing Village which is full of history and remains a working fishing community today. The Fish Preserve is one of 5 still protected, in the US. Along with the history you will find several 5 star, waterfront restaurants with the best and freshest seafood around. Ironwood is centrally located. You will find several shopping and eating areas within walking distance from this condo and public transportation that is free! Although this is a 1/1 unit it was built as a 2/1. The wall has been removed to make for more living area and better access to your private Fla rm. There is a trundle bed for your weekend guest. The Rec center amenities include a heated pool with plenty of room for relaxing, grill, workout rm, showers, piano, pool table, book lending library, full kitchen, and a sauna, is directly across the street from you. Bray park provides pickle ball and more, just 1 mile away.

No age limit, no smoking of any kind inside or around condo area, no pets. 3 MONTH minimum lease agreement. 1 month plus security deposit due with lease agreement. Tenant to pay short term rental taxes if applicable. Electric bill covered with cap at $75 (average runs $50-60). Overage will be taken from security deposit at end of lease term. One assigned parking space out your front door. Washer dryer in unit. No additional charges. HOA background check and approval needed, $125 fee to be paid by occupant. Move out cleaning fee $150 negotiable. Monthly cleaning available.
