Your monthly rent includes all utilities, high-speed Wi-Fi, trash pickup, Smart TV with Hulu, Prime Video, and Netflix and, of course, delicious artesian well water. To make your stay as carefree as possible, I provide weekly servicing of Kassandra's Swedish-designed odorless composting toilet, along with laundering of all Ranchito-provided bed linens and towels, so you'll always enjoy fresh, high-quality linens throughout your stay.
Kassandra is thoughtfully equipped with a full kitchen, dishwasher, full-size refrigerator, compact washer and dryer, comfortable queen bed, dedicated workspace, indoor and outdoor dining areas, reliable high-speed Wi-Fi, Smart TV, and ample parking.
One of Kassandra's distinctive features is its Swedish-designed, state-of-the-art odorless composting toilet. Clean, modern, environmentally responsible, and remarkably easy to use, it reflects the Ranchito's commitment to thoughtful, sustainable living.
Eclectic, artistic, and elegant, Kassandra offers all the comforts of home while embracing the colorful spirit of Ranchito Paraiso. Mornings may begin with coffee beneath the shade of massive mesquite trees as birds gather in the agave garden. Evenings often begin beneath spectacular Arizona sunsets and end wrapped in a colorful Mexican blanket beside a cozy fire pit under the stars.
Located on the grounds of Ranchito Paraiso, Kassandra shares its peaceful setting with very friendly rescued potbellied pigs, donkeys, and goats that roam freely throughout the property during the day. Guests are welcome to enjoy their gentle presence as part of the Ranchito experience, while always respecting that these cherished animals have found their forever home here.
Well-mannered pets of virtually any gentle species are welcome. Traveling with horses? Corrals for up to two horses are available for an additional fee please inquire for rates.

Lease terms are 1-6 months maximum.
Rent of $1600 due by the fifth day of the month.
Tenant responsible to hold renter's insurance policy.
Maximum two vehicles parked on property.
Owner lives on property, so kindness and respect for others and the animals are of the essence.
Tenant is expected to clean up after their pets (inside and outside).
Tenant is expected to follow the directions for the composting toilet. Toilet will be serviced once a week on day of tenant's choice.
Tenant is expected to keep the unit in pristine condition.
Please keep AC no lower than 70F.
Let owner know as soon as there are any issues with anything inside of Kassandra (linens, dishes, appliances, electrical, plumbing, water temperature, etc).

Quiet hours are 7:00pm-8:00am

Must respect and be kind to all animals on the property.

No smoking or vaping inside. Only well-mannered and calm pets allowed. No pets may be chained up outside and/or left inside for long periods.
No shoes worn inside the house.
In homage to our animal sanctuary setting, no bacon or pork products may be cooked inside the unit or on the BBQ.
No parties or large gatherings.
Check with owner for additional guests.
Sanctuary animals are free-roaming during the day, so pets must be on leash at all times.
No treats must be given to donkeys or goats.
When vacating the property at end of lease term, tenant is expected to leave the property in the same condition they arrived.
Tenant must provide references as well as reviews from an STR platform
