Quiet, peaceful, extremely friendly neighbors, everyone walks their dogs on leashes, people go for walks, itā€™s close enough to shopping and restaurants but feels removed enough if that makes sense. Oh and it helps that the police station is practically in our backyard! šŸ˜"
