"my neighborhood is friendly, well lit and you often see dog walkers in the morning. I live on the edge of the neighborhood and we see a variety of Wildlife including Bobcats javelina raccoons and we have even spotted deer."

"Serene, surround by desert beauty, and houses are well kept. Great family or retirement neighborhood with sidewalks, bike lanes, and secluded enough for peace, but near shopping and restaurants."

"I’ve lived in that neighborhood for 3 years. The lots are all really big with huge yards, and the neighbors are all really nice. There is an elementary school in the middle of the neighborhood. No sidewalks IN the subdivision but Houghton has lit sidewalks. The Mountain Views are phenomenal. Shopping is literally a few minutes away yet you feel like you are further out of town. Close to National Parks for hiking and horse riding too. This is the type of neighborhood that one rarely sells in and stays for a long time when they buy. Most of the neighbors on my street have been here since their home was built. Quiet and tucked away. "
