Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
 Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
 1 day notification is required in order to heat the pool. It takes about 24 hours to heat the pool. Pool temp goes to 85 degrees. A fee of USD 100 per day, 2day minimum, must be paid prior to check-in. Guests can contact us after booking to purchase pool heat for your stay.

The only area of concern is there are wild animals living in the area; coyotes, bears, bobcats, skunk, opossum, rattlesnake and deer. Dogs and cats should never be left unmonitored in their yards, as they may be eaten or injured by coyotes at any time of the day."
