"At the parks they always have events for Easter Christmas Fourth of July etc always super fun and organized "
  • Marisol S.
"Not always the safest place to raise kids, it would be preferential to live in a gated community if you would like to live in Pico, or live relatively close to a school. Otherwise, the neighborhood can feel a bit unsafe otherwise. There are often gunshots heard and police cars making arrests. The area gets nice the closer you head towards Montebello. Just something to keep in mind as you look for nearby houses."
  • Rosanna985
"I enjoy the music in the park with all the live bands! All the stores that are in walking distance and all the parks"
  • Diana L. .

"The parks have a lot of events that invite the community as well as surrounding communities. We have concerts, activities, and even a farmer’s market. It’s great to see everyone come out and get together to have a good time. Not a lot of communities have this and hopefully we will be a good influence for other communities to do the same."
  • Rochelle A.
