"For being so far south, commuting is easy because I can either take the 5 or go through Coronado. Palm Ave can really be annoying with all of the lights but it’s manageable "
  • Mainvestments.619
"We need bumps in 13th Street from Imperial Beach Street to the naval base. The street looks like a high way"
  • Socialite
"The estuary’s often overlooked trails are a great place to contemplate life, commune with nature or get a little exercise "
  • Kalli
"It has really been up and coming, they’ve added and lot of new restaurants and people are very friendly. It is not over crowded or overwhelming and is a beautiful beach town."
  • Miss Yoli
"There’s plenty of buses passing by but half the time they are all empty… Maybe lower rates or something to have more people carpool or take the bus?! "
  • Yoli Alexis Sanabia
"I live on Seacoast so we get to see all the parades that go on, if there’s car shows, or any activities that they shut the street down, we see it all, and I love it "

"If you live in a house or in an apartment and you have one or more cars, is really hard to find a parking spot in this apartments areas is hard to find a parking spot on the street "

"IB is great in many ways. There is no large corporate or chain businesses other than 7-11, no buildings allowed higher than 3-story, much of the beach area houses were built in the 50’s and 60’s. Many are now remodeled and nice. The IB pier is quite beautiful with regular fishermen, surfers and people walking. "
  • Cherie G.
"It’s small town feel next to the big city makes it easy to go from quite activities to busy activities. "
  • Maria B.

  • Daisy C.
"There are many families in the hood with great parks, but there aren't many parks that could be walking distance. "
