"Overall a good place to live. The main reason I’m moving is because my work is far from this place. I have to drive 40 minutes. the traffic is really bad. It’s a dog friendly area and the whole neighborhood is safe place to live "

"This is a very good place to live. The only con is the 805 traffic going to work. It will also be nice if they provide more parking spot. How do you only give one parking spot for two bed room apartment? They are very strict it comes to parking spaces, I was towed twice. "
