Convenient to beaches, dining, shopping, public transportation and nearby military installations. The owner lives on-site in a separate residence, while renters enjoy their own private living space and entrance. Pets may be considered with prior approval.

Fully furnished rental with a 30-day minimum stay and flexible lease terms. A $1,500 refundable security deposit is required, plus a $300 refundable deposit for approved pets. Water, sewer, trash and Wi-Fi are included. Electricity and gas are included up to a combined $250 monthly allowance; tenant pays actual usage above that amount. No smoking. Pets require prior approval. Optional housekeeping is available for an additional fee.

There is no large corporate or chain businesses other than 7-11, no buildings allowed higher than 3-story, much of the beach area houses were built in the 50’s and 60’s. Many are now remodeled and nice. The IB pier is quite beautiful with regular fishermen, surfers and people walking. "
