Come home in a very clean, quiet, relaxed and peaceful environment, ideal for travel nurses, professionals, students!

Beautiful single family home approx 3000sq ft.
I have a very nice room with study desk. Share bathroom with female. It is great for working professionals, students or commuters. I am looking for someone who is clean, very organize, kind, responsible, respectful and trustworthy. RESPECTFUL OF QUIET HOURS
(9:30PM AND LATER). Occasional visitors are always welcome, but no sleep overs!! Please no smoking, no drugs, no pets.

Rent of $1400 includes shares of all utilities, cable and wireless internet. Full house privileges with washer/dryer, fireplace, furnished kitchen, living room, family room. Minutes drive to downtown San Jose, SJSU, minutes walk to public transportation, bus #72 drops students right off campus, easy access to major freeways 101, 280, 85, 87, Airport, Shopping Malls, Tully Library, a block to Los Lagos Golf Course, groceries, restaurants.

Note: I have 3 working professionals living with me: 2 female nurses (one works at Zuckerberg Hospital in San Francisco and one in Santa Clara Kaiser) and 1 male works from home. I have 1 guest room reserved for any of my adult children or friends, guests when they visit me.
