"Nice sidewalks for walking but Quite a few aggressive dogs in fenced in yards. Otherwise I’m not sure."
  • Lacey Neumann
"I don’t know of any community events in my neighborhood. I’ve only lived here a short while. Not sure."
  • Trulia User
"I see a lot of people walking their dogs some pick up others don’t. Dogs are always on leash. Sidewalk are wide enough to get through. Most people move to this area because they have dogs. It’s not the best place but you get to live with your dog. "
  • Trulia User
"Yes. Everyone walks their dogs. They are very friendly. They are very social as well. People here usually have 2 or more dogs"
  • Trulia User
"This is a good area for sure and the stores have good quiet products and make sure that we have most of what we need … this is a good area for kids to grow "
  • Trulia User
"Lots of crimes and feel unsafe when traveling in public transport with kids. Some area-panorama, have high crime rate. Great taco stands in this area tho. "
  • Trulia User
"People drive really fast in this street, so be prepared to not have the kids play freely in the street."
  • Trulia User
"Lots of untrained dogs and no dog parks. There are no dog friendly places. Panorama Towers is the only place that is completely dog friendly. "
  • Grace V.
"The neighborhood is filled with diversity. Close to Freeway 5 and 405, stores, schools, and parks (Sepulveda Recreation Center). "
  • Sally C.
"traffic is okay can get bad sometimes around 7 not too bad only on van nuys around 5-7 pm or early morning "
  • Hugo J.
"The diversity and culture. Lived here all my life. Everyone is friendly and loves to party. If you have pets that don’t like the 4th of July, this isn’t the City for you."
  • Allen S.
"Short but not worth it, not safe. People are mean and will run you over given the chance. Leave nothing in car or out in the open."
  • Jwekzz23
"I’m not aware of any community events. But we do have a lot of shops around here which makes it convenient. "
  • Rachel R.
"This place is horrible. Dirty, homeless people camped out. Regret my move here 100%. I have had issue after issue with management trying to get them to do their job. Our car has been broken into..... in a gated parking garage. Safety is not a thing here "
  • Babigourl1629
"Nothing makes it unique it’s not a good place here in my opinion I dislike living in this area a lot of messes and crazy people"
  • Diza I.
"There are no events going on , on my neighborhood . Some walk their dogs and greet friendly . Other than that barely see neighbor around unless they are cleaning their front yard . Have 5X bikes stolen inside front yard though. "
  • Erick P.
"it's not a good area to walk a dog... there's too many apartment buildings with no grass or garden in front of them"
  • Jacqueline R. L.
"There’s trash everywhere. No one cleans up after their dogs. You’ll hear a cop or an ambulance at least once a week. "
  • Pankekes2012
"parking is horrible but it's a calm city no major issues great place to live there's a lot of stuff close by"
  • Babigourl1629
"This place honestly sucks the schools do too there is trash everywhere perverted men and it’s very noisy "
  • Erick P.
"overcrowded... after 4:00 pm you will never find parking on the street... the closest parking it's 7 to 10 blocks away... not a place to raise kids not safe at all"
  • Martin G. A.
