Shared coin-operated washer/dryer provided. Shared storage space for bikes attached to carport. 1 off-street parking space, lawn care provided. Sorry, no pets. No Smoking or Vaping allowed on premises.

Tenants pay their own internet, cable, electric, a $50 shared water/sewer/trash/landscaping fee, $950/month, First, Last & $900 deposit required prior to move-in, 12-month lease.

I will be there Monday, 10/7, at 5:15pm. Come by if you'd like to view the property.
Please park on the street. There is usually abundant protected parking if you are heading West on 18th Avenue. There is no parking on the South side of the street, heading East but you can park on Jackson Street.

Otherwise, the property is shown by appointment only. If I know I am going to be there I will post it as open at that time.
