Utilities (heat, gas, elec, wifi, water, sewer) are a guaranteed $135/mn (no $400+/mn winter heating surprises!) and include a light monthly cleaning service for the kitchen/common areas. Rooms can be furnished as illustrated for an additional ~$90/mn with high quality furniture including an electric sit-stand desk, wall mounted mirror, side table, bedframe, mattress and bedskirt. Preference is given to those desiring furnished rooms.
Superb location in the center of Kendall Square and the biotech/pharma community. 5 min walk to MIT/Kendall Redline Station, 7 min walk to Lechmere Greenline station, 3 min walk to Cambridge Galleria Mall with an Apple Store, 3 min walk to the newly built Timothy Toomey Park (for kids and dogs), 10 min walk to Cambridge Crossing. 15 min bike or 20 min transit (walk + subway) to Harvard Square. 10 min bike or 15 min transit to Mass General Hospital. 20 min transit to Downtown.
