Room Description

We have two rooms upstairs that have not been rented but share a bath (one room with it's own bath has already been listed). We have a downstairs finished basement that we're asking 2,000/month for as it comes with a private bedroom with its own newly remodeled bathroom and has some common space that the renter can use, but is connected to a laundry room that the upstairs tenant(s) can use on their laundry day.

We would prefer someone who could stay for an entire school year, but will consider those who can stay at least three months.
