This is a small, VERY QUIET complex available for one person only. Parking for one vehicle. Small pet considered. Available after January 1.

RECENTLY renovated with all new marble-like flooring and and a huge step-in marble shower. Beautiful pool, tropical garden, free laundry facilities with excellent access to Highway 78. Very private and very safe!

The studio is located on a rural hilltop in an original Vista adobe, minutes to Highway 78, grocery stores and Vista Village. The quiet street boasts a family of peacocks that will often come to the pool area to drink. The studio is over 550 square feet with a full kitchen, plenty of storage, a small bathroom with sink and toilet and another large bathroom with a huge shower. There are two other units that share the common areas. The studio is on the lower level closest to the pool and rain forest.

Outside there is a sitting area for the studio with seating and a table. The pool area and laundry facilities are shared between three units and is complementary.

There is off-street parking for one vehicle only. Smoking is only permitted outside of the unit and away from open windows.

Optional: The unit can be completely or partially furnished including furniture (no bed), bath linens, hair dryer, coffee pot, microwave, dishes, glasses and cups, pots and pans, silverware, utensils and dishtowels.

THINGS TO NOTE:
- As this is a lower unit, you will hear the upstairs tenants when they are home. Also, the ceiling is a bit lower than average.
- One person only
- No pool parties.
- Small pet considered
