Close to shops, restaurants and EZ access to Freeways. Just 5 minutes from Vista Village / Downtown Vista and 15 minutes from Carlsbad Beaches. Small dogs and Cat are ok. Non-smoker.

There is a monthly gross salary requirement of $5,000. The financial requirements at move-in are deposit of $1,500 + first month rent of $2,000 (totaling $3,500). The initial lease would be for 12-months.
