2 BR 1Bath 1000 Sq Ft. unfurnished house with detached 1.5 car garage, gardens, porches, fenced in yard, private driveway.
Private backyard. Fully restored: maple hardwood floors on level one, granite counter tops & dishwasher. Painted hardwood floor with rugs on 2nd floor (please note listing photo shows carpets on 2nd floor). Unfinished basement, but lots of storage room and laundry. One bedroom first floor, another on the 2nd floor. Lots of closet space. On the 2nd floor there is a den/office with the full bathroom and a small porch attached facing the backyard. This den/office could be used as a guest bedroom.
Renter pays utilities (gas, electric, water) and landlord pays for trash.
