Prefer respectful, responsible non-smoking single, couple or family of 2 adults, 2 children maximum. Antiques in home make it unsuitable for pets, rough use or large gatherings.

2- month lease May 1- June 30, 2022

STRICTLY NON SMOKING

Only 2 parking spots available. More cars present make it necessary to back down private road to exit. Garage not available.

Owner pays for weekly gardener,pest control, renter pays for gas/electric/water/Wi-Fi/trash. There is no cable TV, Samsung Smart TV with Sling/Amazon Prime streaming service installed in living room. Trash, recycling and garbage must be rolled to end of private road for collection and bins retrieved weekly. Gardner services yard 8-9 AM Wednesday mornings. Renter to lease PO Box for duration of lease and purchase renter's insurance.

First month's rent and $3,000 security deposit due upon signing lease. $200 cleaning fee upon exit.

    "This area typically has 2 or 3 well-maintained homes punctuated by other properties that sport long-established junk heaps and rodents. Loud Harleys and ear-piercing internal combustion engines of all sorts can be heard throughout the day, as well as the cries of neglected/abused dogs and other animals (it's rural). We are one of a handful of households who actually USE the curbside recycling service; the rest figure it's "all trash", I suppose. Not a great neighborhood, but some very nice normal people sprinkled throughout the other crap."
