About this House

Two bedroom and one bath duplex for rent. No smoking and no pets. $1500/mo on a month to month tenancy. $1000 refundable deposit and a $100 non-refundable carpet cleaning fee. Garbage/recycling are paid by landlord, all other utilities paid by tenant.

The living room and one bedroom have new carpet. The bedrooms are approximately 12' by 13' and 11' by 11'. New paint, except for the garage. Unit includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, and garbage disposal. Washer and dryer hookups are located in the garage.

We will accept applications on March 3, 2025 until the property is rented.
