Two bedroom and one bath duplex for rent. No smoking and no pets. $1550/mo on a month to month tenancy. $1250 refundable deposit and a $100 non-refundable carpet cleaning fee. Garbage and recycling is paid by owner, the rest of the utilities are paid by the tenant.

New carpets in the living room and both bedrooms. New paint in all rooms and the garage. Living room is approximately 14' X 15'. The bedrooms are approximately 13' X 12' and 11' X 11', not counting closets.

Unit comes with a refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, and garbage disposal. Washer/dryer hook-ups are in the attached garage. Garage door has an electronic opener.

We will accept applications on 10/21/2025, until the property is rented.
