"Nice historic town with a homey atmosphere. My kids went through the school system and it is a good school system, except for the transportation director. my daughter now teaches in the high school. Lived outside of town in a rural housing edition that is safe and friendly. The HOA is overbearing and tedious. "

However, it's easy drive to downtown Guthrie helps maintain local entertainment ability for those quick nights out.
