The house has a full home water softening system and is wired so a generator can be plugged in to run the entire house if it loses electricity.
Appraisal upgraded the year built to 2019 because of all the renovations.

But it’s very hard to rent a house/apartment, in Guthrie, because when owners fix their houses up to rent, there’s a no pet policy because a majority of people don’t want a dog or cat after remodeling their home.A lot more renters if they were alout to lock their up.
