"People are always walking their dogs and are friendly and wave at me as I pass by. I never see anyone ever not pick up after their dogs either. Very clean area at Mission Hills"
  • Melissaacollins1996
"We have several parks in town to walk your dog and are very pet friendly. But it’s very hard to rent a house/apartment, in Guthrie, because when owners fix their houses up to rent, there’s a no pet policy because a majority of people don’t want a dog or cat after remodeling their home.A lot more renters if they were alout to lock their up. "

"Farmers markets, maker days, 89rs, Christmas Victorian walls, weekly group bike rides, Gyms coffee shops restaurants and bars all within walking distance "
  • Terry H.
"Nice historic town with a homey atmosphere. My kids went through the school system and it is a good school system, except for the transportation director. my daughter now teaches in the high school. Lived outside of town in a rural housing edition that is safe and friendly. The HOA is overbearing and tedious. "

"This area is very much a laid back retreat for those seeking a calm and quiet area to relax. However, it's easy drive to downtown Guthrie helps maintain local entertainment ability for those quick nights out. And Guthrie's overall proximity to Edmond and OKC Metro makes for fun and inspiring evenings to the entertainment districts with more cultural, art and historic sites just a short drive away. And for those looking for more fun, the Frontier City amusement park is only 20 minutes away, straight down I-35. Come and take a look."
