Each Suite rooms limited to 2 adults max. All other rooms are 1 adult for shared space. no pets or children to keep respective quite time for those day or night time shifts.

Includes a large master bedroom suite with office room or spare room that includes 1 1/2 bath and shared Garage space at $1800 a month

Large Queen room with large closet space that shares bathroom but has split dual sinks and pocket door closure for shower and toilet area for privacy as needed at $1400 a month

Medium size room that shares split bathroom with closet space at $1100 a month

Bonus room with stairs at 365 feet if space for either king size or Queen size bed with full bath at $1600 a month with shared garage space.

Shared space is kitchen, living room, dining room, with 2 Wash machine and dryer access on premises. Main entry is front door but all rooms have their own security PIN code door entry you select for security.

Home has security cameras outside and inside shared spaces inside as needed. Minimum 90 day contracts a must. Background checks and applications are expected. Deposit is $2000 and fully refunded upon inspection. Cleaning fees or damages can be withheld from deposit.
