"I see people walking dogs all the time, we’re right next to San Rafael park which has a huge dog park so this neighborhood is perfect for dog owners."
  • Mcferd
"The Reno Balloon Races and all other fun events at Rancho San Rafael Park which has hiking trails, a huge dog park, pods, and plenty of great picnic spots!"
  • Tom J.
"I've not heard of crime in the area. No burglaries that I'm aware of and no drug dealing on the side walk in front of my house. Biggest problem on Ralston Street is finding a parking place for visitors. Don't understand some of the postings regarding the neighborhood. It's an okay neighborhood close to downtown and the university."
  • Tom J.
"I'm surprised by some of the comments. I've owned property in the area since 2004 and have never had a problem with burglaries or drug transactions. The major, continuous comments from tenants and neighbors is the parking on Ralston can be challenging. I still eat at the Port O Sub shop on the corner."
  • gypsysilverman
"THIS BUILDING IS GREAT, NICE, CLEAN, QUITE, THE MOST IMPORTANT OF ALL IS NO CRIME IN THIS AREA, 2ND THIS BUILDING HAS NO ROACHES - WATCH OUT FOR OTHER BUILDINGS WHO DO "
  • Corrinademaria
"There are too many college student drivers in the area. The sidewalks are nice and the park is located closely, but you have to be careful."
