This is a whole house which features 5 bedrooms: a large primary with a King bed and 4 other bedrooms which have 3 Queen beds and 4 full over full bunk beds in one bedroom, 2 full bathrooms, 2 kitchens (one on each floor) and stackable laundry on both levels. Sewer, internet & landscaping and snow removal is included but gas, electric and oil will be the renters responsibility. 4 tandem off-street parking spots also included. Absolutely no animals and no smoking as this is a smoke & animal free property. Renters insurance is required to be maintained throughout the duration of your stay and only costs a few hundred a year. Absolutely fantastic location, right on South Main Street near the Bristol line. Epic sunsets from the public right-of-way water access at end of street as well as the beautiful East Bay Bike Path. Warren town beach is less than a half mile away.

    "Been here for three years and love it, many friendly people here, walkable town, lots of historic charm and beauty with water views. There’s lots of community based events and entertainment, it’s very artsy with great restaurants while also having a decent blue collar population. Properties may be expensive but I’d say it’s one of the safest parts of the state."

Our community club offers activities for the young, teens, and adults. Holidays bring on a festive spirit. While I may live in and love Touisset Point, I have also participated in multiple events in town. All I can say is that Warren is a wonderful place to live, for singles, married with children, and older folks like me. I couldn't ask for a nicer town to live in."
