"They need to have more dog parks in the area and more places to walk the dog. Also would love little stations with dog poop garbages and poop bags around town so people are sure to pick up after their dogs"

"Yes there is a farmers market every Sunday. In the winter, before the holidays, there is a “home for the holidays” event with a parade, Main Street shuts down to traffic and stores stay open late and everyone walks up and down main street. There’s also Ramsey day - a fun day to socialize and support local businesses and school sports teams. "
  • Trulia User
"Dogs live on every street in our lovely one horse town. Walk down any block in good weather and you will always encounter people walking their best friend. Why Dogs in Ramsey go together along with “motherhood and apple pie”"
  • Kayfuego00
"I lived here almost most of my life and the people here are friendly and kind the school systems are great and there is 2 train stations the only thing is it’s not so diverse but the people are great"

"The tree commission preserves all the lovely old trees. I have never lived in a town that had a special committee to keep the ratio of trees in sync with the number of homes. It is so green all summer long and the fall is an explosion of color. "
