Nestled in the trees of Sligo Creek Valley, enjoy a beautiful, natural setting with easy access to restaurants, bars, shopping, weekly farmers market. Friendly neighborhood with community feel. Steps to Sligo Creek Trail for strolling, running, biking. Awesome MoCo home schools (Highland View ES, SSIMS, Northwood HS) (also walking distance to Sligo Creek ES for French Immersion kids). Renters gain access to HOA POOL with lifeguard (included in rent). Several local parks within 1-5 min walk. One assigned parking space plus second unassigned space if needed. Owners are previous occupants. We bought nearby and will be hands-off, but available and responsive, if needed. We love this house and community and hope that our renters will love it as much as we do! Ideally looking for 2-year contract, 1-year acceptable. One month deposit required. Responsible pet-owners welcome. Sorry, but we are not able to rent to smokers.

Over-sized sliding glass door off living room gives access to paver patio, small fenced-in green space. Great for grilling and listening to the birds. Large closet. Large plate-glass window above front door lets in even more light to main level.

2nd floor -- 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths (master with shower, hall bath with tub/shower). Ceiling fans. Ample master with private bath, walk-in closet, sliding glass door to balcony. 2 additional bedrooms with ceiling-to-floor windows, ample closet space. Linen closet. Newly installed (in 2022) hardwood floors throughout!

Lower level -- Bright family room with dimmable recessed lighting. Full-sized bedroom with large window and lots of closet space. Beautiful, renovated full bath, newly installed vinyl "faux wood" tile, bonus art/crafts/hobbyist area separated from main living space by half-wall. Utility room with storage, washer/dryer. Again, large plate-glass window above front door lets in tons of light, making the basement bright and inviting.

Foyer -- Located between basement and 1st floor levels, newly installed hardwood, ample coat closet.

Stairs -- Floating hardwood between 1st and 2nd floors. Hardwood between foyer and lower level.

Insulation -- Newly insulated, energy-optimized attic and bedrooms. Recently replaced central AC.

Fenced utility space outside - great for bike storage.

This is a NON-SMOKING property. Utilities are the renter's responsibility. Owner pays HOA fee. Credit check is required. Reusable tenant screening report that is dated within 60 days will be accepted.
