Description

Spacious 2-bedroom, lower-level apartment with lots of light and windows. Perfect place for 1-2 people, non-smoking. Walking distance to parks, library, markets, and everything downtown. Enter from the back of the property, park at the front.

Included: Wifi, water, parking, appliances, dishwasher, and washer/dryer.
Not included: electricity.
Pet-friendly, but conditional (quiet, mature, limited) and includes pet fees.

First month's rent and security deposit of $1200 required at time of acceptance of the application.

One year lease August 1st to August 1st. Apartment has full kitchen, laundry attached, parking, and some furnishings if desirable.
Owner pays for WIFI, WATER, and other. The renter pays for electricity and renters insurance for private property.
No smoking. Pets are conditional and include a non-refundable pet fee and deposit.
