The ground floor master suite and bathroom have both been updated. The rooms upstairs are all large with additional storage and closet space. The Cherry wood paneled study/library with the gas log fireplace would be my room of choice in cooler weather as compared to the large screened porch with views all the way to the Blue Ridge Parkway in summer. The original Oak and Heartpine floors are beautiful. Much could be said about the appeal and comforts of this home but the view down Main Street Sylva and up into the the entire Balsam Range make it a home and location that can not be matched anywhere else in the county.
