"I love this neighborhood but honestly it's too expensive for what the homes are actually worth. you're not far from the crime...literally it's right around the corner. it's nothing but people taking advantage of historic homes...which most are coming down. If you are trying to escape the drug ridden crime field Pensacola is you will still experience it here just move to the country trust me."
