The unit is bathed in sunlight throughout the day from the large southern exposure windows, which offer a view of the courtyard below.

The Artisan is contemporary high-rise building located on E Street between 9th and 10th in Penn Quarter. Completed in 2006, the 12-story structure offers 160 homes distinguished by high ceilings and oversize windows as well as other contemporary finishes. Building amenities include an exercise room, a reservable lounge, a large roof deck, on-site management, and 24-hour security. The Artisan is located near Metro Center, Gallery Place, and the Archives Metro Stations as well as Chinatown, Capital One Arena, and numerous museums and dining options.

There is an application fee of $50 per person. The minimum lease term is for one year. The minimum credit score requirement for consideration is 670 (per DC statute, the approval decision is not based solely on the credit score). The required security deposit is equal to one full month's rent. Tenant is responsible for electricity. A cat or small dog is accepted with a one time, non-refundable pet fee of $300. Tenant is responsible for all condo moving fees and deposits. Smoking is not permitted.
