The apartment is two blocks to Metro Center and four to the China Town Metro Stop (blue, orange, silver, red, green and yellow - all six lines) and minutes walk to the White House and most of the Federal and DC buildings. You can't find a more central location in all of DC. .

This apartment has a nice size living/dinning area with hardwood floors. The bedroom has nice windows and a huge walk-in closet. The kitchen has hardwood floors and stainless-steel appliances (with dishwasher) and the bathroom is new (see pictures). Water, sewage and gas are included in the rental fee.

The building has a 24-hour staffed front desk. The unit has a full size washer and dryer.
