Open floor plan, refinished hardwood floors, stainless stove & dishwasher, granite countertops, new tile, new roof, new water heater and new fixtures. Large 2nd living space added on in back of home with an office/flex room behind that. Storage outside. Fairly large yard at dead end of the street. Renter must keep up yard, no wild vines on house or fencing. Home is available to see.
