Large 2nd living space added on in back of home with an office/flex room behind that. Storage outside. Fairly large yard at dead end of the street. Renter must keep up yard, no wild vines on house or fencing. Home is available to see.

Renter pays all utilities
Must furnish last landlord's information for verification
Must furnish copy of license of each adult to live there.
Must submit to credit check and have at least a 600 credit score (some flexibility based on proof of reasonable explanation)
All adults in home must submit to background check and credit report
Non smoking property
Must keep up lawn and property in good condition
Small dog or cat allowed with non-refundable pet fee of $300.
$1950 deposit with first month's rent on acceptance of application.
