The apartment is located on the bottom floor of a 3-level rowhouse with its own street level entrance. It includes a large living room, front bedroom with a very large walk-in closet, rear bedroom, 1 full bathroom, and a galley kitchen with a full-sized fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and plenty of countertop and cabinetry storage. The apartment also includes a rear utility room with a large washer and dryer as well as extra storage for your belongings (i.e. bike, etc.). The utility room has a back door that leads to the rear yard. Both the front and rear doors include screen doors so that you can enjoy the breeze on a beautiful day. Pets are welcome. My wife and I live in the upper two floors. Walk score 96/Bike score 98.

The apartment can be FURNISHED, PARTIALLY FURNISHED OR UNFURNISHED. This was an Airbnb so everything you see in the pictures can be made available except for the artwork.
