About this House

2 bedrooms + 2 Full Bathrooms + Eat in Open Kitchen / Living Room + Den + Secure Back Yard
When we buy a house for our rental portfolio, we only buy houses on quiet, clean, neighbor friendly blocks walking distance to the Inner Harbor.
This is an entire house rental. Occasionally we will rent a room with two roommates so contact us if you are only looking for a room in this house or another. We can put you in touch with our many with tenants who often have an open room when someone moves out.
We are close to our tenants and the owner and maintenance pro "Kevin" try to get to know our tenants. We are responsive to repair requests.
Location: One of the most central locations in the city
- Quiet wide street that dead ends at the end of the block. Safe feeling
- This creates a block with low auto noise and very little walking traffic
- Small neighborhood feel. A block where neighbors know each other
- Walk to University of Maryland (UMB/UMAB) and UMMC
- Walk to Inner Harbor and Orioles and Ravens Stadiums
- Central to both sides of the Harbor (Federal Hill side and Harbor East/Fells side)
- Public Transportation close by
- Easy access to 95 and 295 by car
- Grocery store 2 blocks, Hardware store 10 blocks, Brewery, Coffee Shops, Food and Retail 1 block
- Always street parking on the block

The house was remodeled a few years ago and repainted a year ago before the current tenant. Some features:

- 3 levels. Bedroom on 2nd Floor. Possible second bedroom with private bath on lower level with separate entrance (also accessible from living room by stairs). This lower area has also been used for an office or storage.
- New light grey paint in most rooms.
- Hardwoods and tile throughout (no carpet)
- 2 Full Baths
- Laundry room
- Easy street parking on the block
- Extremely quite dead-end block
- Pets are on a case-by-case basis
- Responsible landlord and maintenance team

"yes block party was great neighborhood is great plenty of stores very close mya lines close by and they often run every fifteen minutes "
  • Chanel F.
"Mostly industrial area, very quiet, not a lot of people on the streets. This area can get a lot of traffic during stadium events, while we are in close proximity to federal hill and other downtown areas, the lack of parking and increased traffic jams during events can be stressful "
  • Chefthomas c.
"The houses are very unique and the location is very accessible. Historically, Pigtown has a lot of landmarks and is supposed to be an up and coming area. "
  • Zombiechik55
"I've lived on my street for over 5 years. Most of my neighbors are friendly and we try to keep the block clean and quiet."
  • Hp
"We used to live in Pigtown, and we loved it! It's within walking distance of the stadiums, the harbor, and very soon the new Casino! There's always plenty of parking, unlike Federal Hill, and we have the best neighbors. We have four young kids ages six and under, and we love raising our family here."
  • Keshvari_reza
"Washington Village/Pigtown is located in southwest Baltimore and is bordered by Martin Luther King, Jr. Blvd. on the east, Monroe Street on the west, Russell Street on the south, and the B&O Railroad on the north. Neighboring communities include Barre Circle, Ridgley's Delight, Federal Hill, Morrell Park, St. Paul's, Roundhouse Square and Union Square-Hollins Market."
