**IMPORTANT PLEASE READ**I am extremely disappointed with Cross Oak Elementary School. My child attended this school since our neighborhood was first developed, but her last year there was a nightmare due to relentless bullying. She was physically and verbally assaulted repeatedly, yet the administration failed to take appropriate action.Despite my repeated efforts to address the issue, I was met with resistance and inaction. The administration handled the situation terribly, showing a complete lack of concern for my child's well-being. Not once did I receive a phone call, email, or message from the principal to acknowledge or ease my concerns. Instead, they denied the incidents ever took place—if I hadn’t kept records, they would have continued to brush everything under the rug.The principal and vice principal demonstrated unprofessionalism and an alarming disregard for student safety. Denton ISD claims to have an anti-bullying policy, yet my experience showed otherwise. In the end, I was left with no choice but to remove my daughter from the school for her own safety, fearing the situation would escalate further.I sincerely hope that no other family has to endure what we went through. Cross Oak Elementary and Denton ISD need to take bullying seriously and ensure a safe environment for all students.

Students at Braswell High School are rude and careless when crossing U.S. 380 on their way to fast-food restaurants across. They step into traffic without caution, walking very slowly and choosing to cross when traffic is heavy. I have personally seen multiple situations where drivers are forced to stop abruptly in the middle of ongoing traffic because students walk out into the roadway without regard for safety. This behavior is dangerous and increases the likelihood of a serious accident. This is a recurring issue and the school or Denton ISD does not appear to be taking effective action to address student safety or traffic responsibility in the area. Without clearer supervision or enforcement, the situation will continue and may lead to accidents. I am so glad Prosper ISD is getting their tax money Denton ISD was unfairly getting only to be wasted in the Braswell zone.

This middle school is bad. They cater to the whims of a specific group of students. Some kids want to learn but class is derailed by constant interruptions. Those kids know they will get a cupcake if sent to the principal so there are really no consequences. We are moving soo so we are glad to leave this school behind.
