Living room and dining area. Laundry room off the family room. The family room has a fireplace. Big enough for a bedroom / with a separate closet. Lots of storage. 2 Car garage with roll-up door. Showing sunday, the 16th @ 4:30 - 5:30 pm. You pay all utilities, and we pay the gardener. Very large backyard with covered patio. Lots of lush greenery. All applicants over 18 must fill out a separate application and provide two current bank statements, two current pay stubs, and a credit application and report. All must be current. You can fill it out on Zillow to be a faster response. Good luck if it shows available it is. Some pets are accepted; please provide photos. Don't call. I will see you showing Sunday the 16th 4:30- 5:30 PM. Great house.

Otherwise, the neighborhood can feel a bit unsafe otherwise. There are often gunshots heard and police cars making arrests. The area gets nice the closer you head towards Montebello. Just something to keep in mind as you look for nearby houses."
