This studio is 500 square feet and it's located right on Clearwater Beach in the quiet residential area of North Clearwater Beach.

Such a Great location! And aside from being right on the the beach you can walk, bike or for $5 take the Jolley trolley which picks you up in front of building and takes you to the Pier, many restaurants, other towns like Dunedin and more. Only $5 for 24 hours!

This studio features tile throughout, comes fully furnished including a queen size Murphy bed and a queen size cabinet bed.
It also has a full kitchen minus a dishwasher and a full bathroom. Plenty of storage with a double sliding door closet.

Also located in the central building on the 8th floor, it offers a nice balcony with beautiful panoramic views of the intracoastal waters and the city lights.

Additional features includes private beach access, an Olympic size heated pool overlooking the beach with gas grills, a media room, library, game room with ping pong, pool table, foosball and more.

Monthly Rates $2,500 for up to 2 occupants and $2,750 for up to 4 occupants.*

Rent includes all utilities such as electric, garbage, sewer and water. Also includes Cable TV and Wi-Fi / Internet and off street parking. Pets considered. No smoking in condo or patio.

Very safe area, can go for walks anytime of the day. Lots of good restaurants. Clearwater Beach deserves to be considered one of the best beaches in the country and likely in the world. We live on the water on Devon Drive across from the Clearwater Beach main area. Wild life is just wonderful! It is truly living like a dream. Only drawback is traffic, especially on holiday weekends or in spring break and housing is lot more expensive than inland."
