WHAT I LOVE ABOUT THE HOME
A short and fun walk to area parks, right on the scenic loop of Ormond - - bicyclists' favorite ride, so close to downtown, quiet and safe neighborhood with real neighbors and an awsome middle school steps away. A few boat ramps to the intercostal, super fishing half a mile away, Look forward to winter air to light the fireplace.

House needs some repairs and is currently rented out to students so its a bit messy so keep that in mind when coming to see the home. Total cost of repairs is less than $5000 and include such things as updating master bathroom with a new counter top and installing a second sink, three interior doors need to be replaced, some painting on woodwork needs to be completed, landscaping needs the flower beds cleaned out a little bit from weeds, two gates for the fenced in yard need to be replaced, two small holes in pool screen room need to be patched. And both entrance doors need to be painted NO MAJOR REPAIRS NEEDED just normal wear and tear stuff. All appliances, furnace etc all in great working order.

    "Dogs are welcome, just check the breed and weight restrictions that some communities have. Lots of outdoor dining that is dog friendly, and the dog beach in Flagler is only 20 minutes away! Volusia county is NOT dog friendly on the beaches, no dogs are even allowed in your car. "
