About this House

The best and closet four bedroom place we have to campus. Hardwood floors, cute and clean. Four Huge bedrooms and off street parking. Closer to C4C than many of the dorms are. These bedrooms are huge and you get to live large next to campus.

LOCATION
This Boulder student rental is extremely close to CU and is our closest property to campus, located just across Broadway from central campus. 5 Minute walk to UMC or Atlas Building. The bedrooms are very large and would allow plenty of room to double up in if you need to look at that option. This unit is close to business and engineering as well as the fine arts and sciences buildings.
