The property is conveniently located near downtown Upland, shopping, restaurants, schools, and the 10 Freeway for easy commuting.

    "The Lemon festival is one of the biggest events that we have in old town upland! They also do a harvest type Halloween festival and a forth of July parade. I also love that we are in between Rancho and Claremont because there’s more of a variety of events. But our most favorite thing about living in upland is mt baldy. We go up there every week"
