1 year lease. *The back yard is no longer shared & I need updated pictures. Its split down the middle all the way with a wooden fence for privacy.

3 bedrooms upstairs and 1.5 bathrooms.
Wood floors downstairs, carpet upstairs.
2 stories so don't have to worry about someone living above or below you. The sound proofing is great! 2 miles away from the Muldoon gate on to base. We are also military & understand last minute deployments & the uncertainty of PCSing.

Large gated wooded fence, fireplace, and nice yard. We have a shed in the back with lots of room for storage. Connected to the shed is a fenced in kennel that also has a door that goes into a closed off dog house inside shed. Recently we put up a fence down the middle of the yard so it's no longer a shared yard with other tenants, need updates photos

Garage with opener, and parking outside garage.

Master bedroom has walk in closet. Room can fit a king size bed. The yard has your own deck and tall fence around the whole property.

Dishwasher, garbage disposal, washer & dryer in unit.

You only pay electric which is about 98 in winter and 30-70 in summer. We pay for heating fuel, sewage, water, and garbage. There is a security system already installe that you can use if you pay the monthly fee for it (around 20 month) If you would like to use the system you could, there is no contract, you can cancel anytime. It's with Livewatch and we love the system!

There is an area to plant flowers and currently we have an area with blueberries, raspberries and strawberry growing.

We allow 1 to 2 dogs. We would consider a cat. There is a 250 non refundable pet fee.

Mail box is out front.
If you have a trailer I suggest parking
at the storage lot on base. There is a lot for 25 dollars a month, and it's only 5 mins away from the house.

Trash is picked up every Monday around 930am

None who smokes pot or cigs will be considered.

    "Nearby school, fairly quiet compared to others areas on this side of town. Well kept yards, neighbors are friendly but respect your privacy. Some loose dogs roam the neighborhood but don’t cause any problems besides barking and they don’t seem to be strays. Nice and spacious mid-century single family homes. Some issues with people speeding and skipping stop signs later at night. No issues with packages and deliveries being left on the porch. Overall a good place to live. "

I have lived here for 25 years and feel safe walking down the street by myself. we have everything stores, restaurants, bakery's, banks credit Union, Grocery stores, Walmart super store as well as Fred Meyers, movie theaters. parks, trails, all right outside your front door extremely convenient ! we also have beautiful views of the mountains.
